Assistant Dean for Diversity and Inclusion

Lindsay Kendrick currently serves as the Dean of Students and the Assistant Dean for Diversity and Inclusion at NYU School of Law. Prior to joining NYU Law, she served as the diversity and inclusion manager at Ropes & Gray and as the East Coast diversity manager at Sidley Austin. She also practiced for five years as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell. Kendrick holds a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University; a JD from Howard University, where she served as the managing editor of the Howard Law Journal; and an MS in Organizational Change Management from the New School’s Milano School for Management and Urban Policy.

Israel Rodriguez joined the Office of Student Affairs in November of 2015. In his role as Director, Israel oversees the day-to-day administration of the office, implements academic enrichment programming for JD students, and serves as project manager for the Law School’s signature Student Affairs events. Israel is also responsible for all aspects related to student-run journals, including the administration of the annual writing competition for rising second-year and transfer students as well as collaborating with student leaders on special events and symposia. Prior to joining the Law School, Israel served NYU’s Graduate School of Arts and Science (GSAS) in a variety of student affairs-related roles since 2003. A first generation college attendee, Israel earned a bachelor's degree in history/government from Muhlenberg College, a master's degree in higher education administration from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University-Newark School of Law.
Anthony D. Tiberio

Anthony D. Tiberio currently serves as the Assistant Director for Student Affairs at NYU School of Law. Anthony counsels students, particularly the JD population, on a variety of personal and academic concerns, connecting them to appropriate University resources. He also acts as the primary liaison to the 80+ student organizations. Anthony received a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School in 2014, a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Mathematics from New York University in 2008.

Julienne DeWalt serves as the Student Affairs Events Coordinator at NYU School of Law. Her principal responsibilities include overseeing Convocation and other signature Law School events. Prior to joining NYU Law, she was an associate at McGuireWoods, LLP. Julienne received an LLM in Taxation, certificate in Estate Planning from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD from Duke University School of Law, and a BA in Political Science with minors in Business Administration and Religion from The George Washington University.
Administrative Assistant - Student Affairs

Gioia Kennedy is the Student Affairs Administrator. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing the budgets for all SBA groups, Journals, and programs within the Office of Student Affairs. She also liaises with SBA and journal student leaders to facilitate payments and reimbursements for symposia and activities. She received a Bachelor of Arts in History and French from Rutgers University – New Brunswick in 2015.
Assistant to the Dean of Students

Ellen Tinnin serves as the Assistant to the Dean of Students for NYU School of Law. Her responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for OSA communications, processing leave of absence and other accommodation requests, coordinating the Convocation awards process, and providing support for the Dean of Students. Ellen received a BA in History from the University of Arkansas and a JD from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Before joining NYU, Ellen was an associate at a general practice law firm in her hometown of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Administrative Assistant - Law Journals

Tom Sarff serves as the primary administrative assistant for the Law Journals. He began his career with NYU Law in 1986. His principal responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations for all law student journals and the Moot Court board and assisting with student symposia.
