Lawyering Session 1: Moving Targets
In your first Lawyering class, your professor introduces developing and interpreting a rule and briefing a case.

Anatomy of a Case
Dean Troy McKenzie will discuss a case (TBD) and break down the mechanics of a court opinion. Please be sure to have read the case beforehand.
