Criteria for Transfer of Credit Earned at Another Institution
NYU School of Law will transfer credit towards the JD degree subject to the restrictions of each program or approval to visit away listed below.
The Office of Academic Services will determine the specific number of credits and course equivalencies to be transferred. Credit values are calculated according to ABA Standard 310. Students must submit an official transcript, earn a grade of C or above, and in some cases will be required to submit a course description and/or syllabus.
