Elijah Turner’s background spans impact investing, innovative finance, and civic data infrastructure. He led capital raising for the NYU Impact Investment Fund, supported the City of Atlanta's Mayor's Office of Policy on its $5.1B Neighborhood Reinvestment Initiative, and founded Nector, an AI-driven impact measurement platform.
Elijah holds an MPA from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a BA in Political Science from Morehouse College. While attending NYU Wagner, he supported the Grunin Center's programming as a Graduate Assistant Conference Coordinator.
