Dispute Resolution in Impact Investments
The Grunin Center is collaborating with White & Case to conduct the first survey of its kind focused on the resolution of disputes in the impact investment sector.
The survey aims to gather views from across the impact investment community about how and where these disputes are resolved, factors that contribute to effective resolution, and challenges. All stakeholders are invited to share their perspectives through an initial questionnaire, and we will be conducting interviews with respondents to delve deeper into these questions.
We will be publishing a report that lays out our findings and recommendations in the fall of 2026.
This initiative is supported by the White & Case Social Entrepreneurship Fund.
