We serve as your liaison to the main University Office of Financial Aid and the Office of the Bursar. We recommend you contact us first with concerns about your bill or a payment. We are available to assist in resolving problems with lenders, guarantors, and federal or state agencies. Students should feel free to drop by during office hours or call to set up an appointment to discuss their situation.
Students are encouraged to contact the Office of Academic Services regarding the impact of non-payment on registration for classes. Charges not paid by payment deadlines may result in loss of the following services: access to class lottery and drop/add, transcript requests, graduation and issuance of diploma, release of grades, use of university athletic facilities, and the library.
