Neither NYU nor Cornerstone claims copyright in any United States Government works or other third party materials that may be incorporated into any of the foregoing.

You are hereby granted a limited right to view, search, download, and print content from SEED solely for personal, non-commercial use or for use in academic research. The right to view, download, and print information from SEED is limited to specific portions of the database and specific search limitations as determined by NYU from time to time. Any attempt to circumvent such restrictions (e.g., accessing or downloading the database in its entirety) is strictly prohibited. The content may not be reproduced, disseminated, resold, republished, or transferred, in any form or by any means, without the prior written agreement of NYU, except that information from SEED may be incorporated into academic research materials provided that SEED receives express attribution.
