Maggie Drucker ’90 serves as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at Grubhub Inc., which is a NYSE-listed company and is the nation's leading online and mobile food-ordering company dedicated to connecting hungry diners with local takeout restaurants. Drucker held the general counsel position at Seamless North America LLC, prior to its merger with Grubhub. Previously, Drucker was senior vice president and senior deputy general counsel at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. and prior to that, she spent seven years in-house at The New York Times Company and five years in-house at Simon & Schuster. Drucker holds a bachelor's degree in history and economics from Brown University and a law degree from New York University School of Law.
