Curricular offerings
The Grunin Center invites students with an interest in socially responsible investing (SRI) generally, and in natural resource issues in emerging markets specifically, to consider the curricular offerings listed below, based on the courses available to NYU Law students during the 2018-2019 academic year. For students interested in social enterprise, impact investing and socially responsible investing career paths, Professor Helen Scott will provide curricular advice that is more tailored to individual interests.
Basic courses that are assumed to be a foundational part of this curriculum include: Corporations, Accounting for Lawyers and Corporate Finance. Depending on individual interests, Income Taxation/Corporate Taxation and Securities Regulation may also be included.

Law students may also register automatically with the Stern School of Business for preferential courses for the limited number of reserved seats, assuming prerequisites are met. Courses at other divisions of the University, including other Stern courses, may be available to law students on a course-by-course basis upon the submission of a petition, subject to course prerequisites and available seats.
