Audience at PCCE event

The Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement’s 2026 Academy for Directors and Senior Executives provides an opportunity for directors and C-suite executives of publicly-held and privately-held companies to engage with CEOs, government officials, scholars and other directors for off-the-record conversations about new issues and evolving views relating to corporate governance and legal and business risks. Topics include:  board composition and refreshment; geopolitical risk; AI; talent management; cybersecurity; crisis management; legal risk management; antitrust; director liability for legal risk; and shareholder activism. This program is the only program of its kind, providing a specialized focus on the legal and regulatory frameworks that impact governance and board responsibilities and liability.
