About the Program
- New and experienced board directors of publicly-held and privately-held companies seeking insight and expert advice on the most pressing issues facing boards today, including directors’ legal risks, governance of new technologies, and existential business risk.
- C-Level executives of publicly-held and privately-held companies that want to broaden their understanding of board service and responsibilities and learn how to more effectively raise legal risk issues with their boards. Senior executives who would benefit include Chief Legal Officers, Chief Risk Officers, and Chief Compliance/Ethics Officers.
- Our Academy provides board members and senior executives with a deep examination of corporate governance (including board composition and tenure), AI, legal risk management, cybersecurity, accounting, activist investors, crisis management, and the changing legal and regulatory landscape.
