PEP is an early interview program that allows students to select a maximum of 15 firms that are among their top choice for their 2L summer. OCS counselors support and provide guidance to students to help them strategically select PEP and EIW firms that conform to their academic record, experience, practice area interests, and short and long-term goals. Employers will receive PEP applicants' resumes and first-semester law school transcripts by Thursday, January 15. We anticipate that first semester grades will be available by January 12.

Virtual Fall OCI | September - October 2026

2L and 3L Students

Most employers who participate in Fall OCI are corporations and/or mid-sized and smaller US law firms. Interviews with private sector employers are assigned through a lottery, based on students' ranked preferences.
