Directors’ Academy

Vanderbilt Hall

The Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement’s 2024 Directors’ Academy provides an opportunity for directors and C-suite executives of publicly-held and privately-held companies to engage with CEOs, government officials, scholars and other directors for off-the-record conversations about new issues and evolving views relating to: legal and business risks, AI, cybersecurity, DEI, climate change, new directions in government enforcement and governance issues, including CEO succession planning, effective board meetings, and shareholder activism.

In addition to the above topics, this program is the only program of its kind that includes a specialized focus on the legal and regulatory framework that impacts governance and board responsibilities and liability.
