Dissertation Title: Propertized Information Privacy

Biography: Stav is a JSD Fellow at the Information Law Institute at NYU and a Visiting Fellow at Yale Law School's Information Society Project. She holds an LLM in Legal Theory from NYU (2020), where she was a recipient of the David H. Moses Memorial Prize. Prior to her graduate studies, she received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude in law and psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and clerked in the Office of the Attorney General in Israel.
Research: Stav's dissertation deals with psychological conceptualizations of privacy and property and their connection to legal concepts, as well as the intersection of copyright and privacy.
