What is Next for the Brazilian Infrastructure Sector?

On April 16 2018, BLS hosted the conference "What is Next for the Brazilian Infrastructure Sector?", in which Brazilian and U.S authorities, scholars, lawyers and economists discussed some of the most debated legal issues in the Brazilian infrastructure sector.

The event took place at NYU School of Law, in the Greenberg Lounge from Vanderbilt Hall, from 8:00 am to 3:45 pm, and featured breakfast during the registration period, three panels of discussion and a networking lunch. Among the notable speakers that attended the conference were Justice Ellen Gracie Northfleet (former President of the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court), Justice Ricardo Villas Bôas Cueva (member of the Brazilian Superior Court of Justice), Carlos Alberto Carmona, and Elena Landau.

We would like to thank our sponsors Mattos Filho Advogados, Demarest Advogados, Warde Advogados, Wald, Antunes, Vita, Longo e Blattner Advogados and Câmara de Conciliação, Mediação e Arbitragem CIESP/FIESP, who made our event possible.
