Offices for Student Support

Office of Student Affairs

The Office of Student Affairs is here to guide students through law school from orientation through convocation. It is a resource hub for student life, including student groups, journals, social events and programming, locker assignments, tutoring, ordering NYU Law business cards, and assistance in times of crisis or family emergency. If you are unsure where at the Law School to go for answers, Student Affairs administrators and staff will be able to facilitate connections and help you find your way.

An administrator from Student Affairs will reach out to you early in the academic year, and can serve as your point person for any questions or concerns you might have. You can meet with an administrator to ask questions, seek advice, or just to have someone to talk to. You can also reach out to the general Student Affairs email inbox or our phone line, or drop by the office in Furman Hall on the fourth floor.

They offer a variety of academic and social programming, including outlining workshops, networking events, leadership development seminars, and time management workshops.
