Who's Eligible:

  • Each summer, our residential facilities are available to both NYU Law students and unaffiliated groups and individuals, most of whom are associates and interns with jobs in the city's legal and business communities.
  • Accommodations are available for single adults and couples age 18 or over, and for families with children.

Dates:

  • Our 2019 program will run for 9 weeks, from June 2 to August 3.
  • You can plan to stay all or half of the summer.
  • Stays start on the Sunday and end on the Saturday of any week, subject to a minimum of four consecutive weeks.

Residence Halls:

D'Agostino Hall, located at the corner of West Third and MacDougal Streets, and Hayden Hall, located at West Third and Mercer Streets, are both high-rises and offer studios, one-bedroom apartments, and suites of two or three private bedrooms. Our low-rise building, 130 MacDougal Street, located less than a block away from D'Agostino Hall, has one-bedroom apartments.

All of our housing is apartment or apartment-style, from studio and one-bedroom apartments to double and triple suites in which each resident has a private bedroom in a two- or three-bedroom unit, sharing the kitchen and bath with the other resident(s) of the suite.

  • Security: Our high-rise buildings have a doorman 24/7. Our low-rise building has a buzzer system.
  • AmenitiesAll apartments are fully furnished. Utilities, cable, and WiFi are included. Laundry facilities are on-premises.
  • And more amenities: Our buildings also have recreation lounges and terraces with city views. You can even arrange to use our libraries.
  • State-of-the-art sports center: Swim in a deep water pool, take an aerobics class at the fitness center, scale a rock climbing wall, or pump iron in weight rooms at the University’s sports center.
