How to Request Space for an Event

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NYU's building hours, policies, and procedures have changed. We have suspended large in-person events at the Law School for at minimum the 2020-2021 academic year, and until we can safely reconvene in person. In the interim, we recommend hosting your events virtually, if possible.


Requesting Event Space

You may submit a request for space during the 2021-2022 academic year, but note that booking is contingent on our ability to safely hold in-person events of any kind.

This category is for NYU School of Law users only. For other schools within NYU, please see next section.

New York University Users

This category is for users who are part of New York University excluding the School of Law.

Other Users

Due to the need to prioritize the use of space for classes and law school programming, we do not anticipate being able to rent space to non-NYU groups through the 2021-2022 academic year.  We will update this website once we are in a position to review requests to hold activities convened by non-NYU groups.
