Submit a Work Order

The Office of Communications offers design, production, and print consulting services for all internal and external publications of NYU School of Law, including brochures, invitations, programs, e-mail banners, posters, and electronic signs (e-signs).

Please budget the appropriate amount of time for production. Normal turnaround time for design is three weeks, plus one or two weeks for printing, depending on the complexity of the job. If your project has a mailing component, please allow an additional eight weeks after printing for mailing time.

Publications Work Order

Please use this form when requesting a work order for digital and print publications. Simply type the information into the left side of the form, save, and send it to David Niedenthal at There is no need to submit a hard copy. Keep in mind that we cannot begin a project until we receive the work order and text. It is useful to keep an archive of your submitted work orders so that you can “save as” for future work, or for jobs that you request annually.
