Amrit Singh (Professor of Practice & Faculty Director, Rule of Law Lab, NYU Law) and Davit Zedelashvili (Gnomon Wise Institute, Tbilisi) will discuss the recently published report issued by the Rule of Law Lab at NYU Law and the Gnomon Wise Institute.  The discussion will be moderated by Stefanos Geroulanos, Professor of History and Executive Director, Remarque Institute, NYU.
