This workshop series is dedicated to discussing draft papers that relate to Asia and the law. Topics include Asian domestic laws, Asia and international law, Asia and transnational law, regional laws and institutes, and how non-Asian countries make law and policy in relation to the Asian region. The series is jointly organized by Shuyu Chu (Hauser Postdoctoral Global Fellow), Jiajun Luo (Hauser Postdoctoral Global Fellow), and Xuan W. Tay (U.S.-Asia Law Institute Visiting Scholar), with the institutional support of U.S.-Asia Law Institute.
