Rachel E. Barkow, Charles Seligson Professor of Law and Faculty Director of the Peter L. Zimroth Center on the Administration of Criminal Law at NYU School of Law, is a legal scholar and author of Justice Abandoned (2025) and Prisoners of Politics (2019). She is an award-winning NYU law professor and has served on the U.S. Sentencing Commission (2013–2019) and the Manhattan DA’s Conviction Integrity Advisory Panel (2010–2020). A Harvard Law graduate, she previously clerked for Justice Antonin Scalia and Judge Laurence H. Silberman.

Peter Keisler, Co-Founder of the Washington Litigation Group, is a distinguished legal professional who served as Acting Attorney General and Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division under George W. Bush, and Associate Counsel to Ronald Reagan. A former partner at Sidley Austin and clerk for Justice Anthony Kennedy, he co-founded the Washington Litigation Group in 2025 to combat government overreach. He holds leadership roles at the Brennan Center and the American Law Institute and has received numerous awards, including the Edmund J. Randolph Award.

Gregg Nunziata, Executive Director at Society for the Rule of Law, is an attorney, public policy professional, and veteran of the conservative legal movement. He served as Chief Nominations Counsel to the Senate Judiciary Committee, playing a key strategic role in the confirmation proceedings for scores of federal judges and executive branch appointees. He also served as policy counsel to the Senate Republican Policy Committee and later as general counsel and domestic policy adviser to Sen. Marco Rubio. Earlier in his career, Gregg served in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division and worked as a litigator in an international law firm.

Sabeel Rahman, Professor of Law at Cornell Law School, is an expert in democracy, racial justice, and regulatory policy. He served as Administrator of OIRA (2021–2023) and President of Demos (2018–2021). A co-founder of the Law and Political Economy Project, he has authored several books, including Remaking the State (2026) and Democracy Against Domination (2017). His work bridges academia and policy practice, appearing in publications like The Atlantic and The Washington Post."

Richard Revesz, AnBryce Professor of Law, Dean Emeritus, Faculty Director of the Institute for Policy Integrity at NYU School of Law, is a leading authority on environmental and regulatory law. He formerly served as the Administrator of OIRA at the White House, where he modernized federal regulatory analysis. As Dean of NYU Law (2002–2013), he broke fundraising records and dramatically expanded public interest initiatives. He also founded the Institute for Policy Integrity and led the American Law Institute. A graduate of Princeton, MIT, and Yale, he clerked for Justice Thurgood Marshall and joined the NYU faculty in 1985.

Elizabeth Wilkins, President and CEO of the Roosevelt Institute, formerly served as Chief of Staff to the Chair and Director of the Office of Policy and Planning at the Federal Trade Commission. Prior to this, she was a Senior Advisor to the White House Chief of Staff. She has also worked in several senior leadership roles at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, and as a law clerk to Associate Justice Elena Kagan of the US Supreme Court and to then-Chief Judge Merrick Garland of the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit. Before law school, Elizabeth was a policy advisor in the White House Domestic Policy Council. She began her career as a political organizer for SEIU 32BJ in New York City. Elizabeth holds a BA from Yale University and a JD from Yale Law School.
