Pamela Mittman to head NYU Law’s Office of Career Services

Pamela Mittman will join NYU Law as the school’s new assistant dean of career services, Dean Trevor Morrison announced on December 3. She will start in her new role on January 1, 2022.

Mittman spent 13 years at NYU Stern School of Business, ultimately serving as assistant dean of career services and leadership development. She also held roles at Stern as assistant dean of career services and student activities, director of the MBA office of career development, and director of MBA program initiatives and student services. For the past seven years, Mittman has led a consultancy that provides strategic coaching, team management, staff training, and other services for clients that include students, lawyers, and a number of departments across NYU. She holds a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
