Anthony and Beatrice Welters receive Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service

On October 28, Anthony Welters ’77, the newly-appointed chair of the Law School’s Board of Trustees, and his wife Beatrice were awarded the Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service at an event hosted by the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Scholars. The Welters were recognized for their longstanding commitment to philanthropy, which includes the founding of the AnBryce Scholarship at the NYU School of Law, which helps students from disadvantaged backgrounds who are the first in their families to attend graduate school.
