The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit cites article by Dean Richard Revesz, Jonathan Nash '92

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit recently reversed a district court order and sided with the EPA in its case against DTE Energy Corp. In the majority opinion, Judges John Rogers and Martha Craig Daughtrey cited a Northwestern University Law Journal article by Dean Richard Revesz and Jonathan Nash '92 entitled "Grandfathering and Environmental Regulation: The Law and Economics of New Source Review."
