Polish Prime Minister discusses the state of Europe and Poland with J.H.H. Weiler

In April, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki of Poland engaged in conversation with Joseph Straus Professor of Law J.H.H. Weiler as part of the Transatlantic Dialogue series hosted by the Jean Monnet Center for International and Regional Economic Law & Justice. Weiler asked about Morawiecki on Poland’s controversial moves to overhaul its judiciary and to outlaw any claims that Poland participated in the Holocaust. The discussion also touched on security threats from Russia and on relations between the United States and the European Union.
