Brendan Cohen will be speaking about investing in and purchasing space companies. He comes from the perspective of a transactional IP lawyer, and he will be speaking about the role of venture capital in investing in space companies, the M&A process, and risks specific to space companies (e.g., regulatory, environmental, IP), among other things.
