Join the Federalist Society as we host a debate between Coumbia Law's Professor Thomas Merrill and NYU Law's own Professor Catherine Sharkey concerning the enforcement of public nuisance. Professor Sharkey will argue in favor of creating certain private causes of action while Professor Merrill will counter for restricting enforcement to government actors.
