Scholarly Legal Research Workshop

This workshop is designed to cover best practices related to scholarly legal research, based on the needs and interests of the attending students. We may discuss choosing a topic, conducting preemption checks, or utilizing advanced research methods, with a particular focus on identifying specialty sources. Other possible topics are the structure of academic articles, citation management tools, subject-specific resources, or the role of AI in academic research. Registrants will be given a survey before the session so that some individualized recommendations may be given and will be expected to actively work on a research project during the session.
