Student Advocates For Empowerment through Harm Reduction (SAFER)'s first general meeting of the semester. We will have a guest speaker from VOCAL-NY who will discuss the work they do and some of the opportunities that we will get involved in with their organization (notably hosting a weekly/biweekly legal clinic, participating in court watch, and joining them on their lobbying visits to Albany). We also hope to introduce what harm reduction is and what it looks like.
