Please join us for lunch on Thursday, February 5, for the third Road Less Traveled event of the 2025-2026 academic year.  

We’ll be speaking with Alex Mindlin ’11, Co-Chief, National Security and Cybercrime Section, United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. He previously led EDNY's transnational cybercrime prosecution practice as Deputy Chief of the section.  From 2022-2024, he served on detail to the National Cryptocurrency Enforcement Team.  He has been an Assistant United States Attorney since 2016.  Among other awards, he received the Attorney General's John Marshall Award for Trial of Litigation in 2023.  He graduated from NYU Law in 2011.

A Road Less Traveled is a series of career talks featuring practitioners in national security law and policy in candid conversation about their paths after law school. Featured speakers hail from a diverse range of backgrounds—including government, advocacy, private sector, and/or scholarly work—and address both the details of their work as well as a broader view of their career trajectories.
