Speaker:

Professor Olson is an Associate Professor at Boston College Law School, where he teaches patent law, intellectual property, antitrust, and Modern Conservative Legal Thought. His scholarship focuses on patents, copyright, antitrust, and the legal incentives for innovation and competition. He previously practiced as a patent litigator, worked at Stanford Law School’s Center for Internet and Society, and clerked for Judge Jerry E. Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
