The Family Law Students Association will host a panel on prenuptial agreements on Tuesday, October 21, from 1:15–2:15 pm. Matrimonial lawyers with expertise in prenup practice will discuss client counseling, financial disclosure, drafting strategies, and enforceability in New York. The panel will provide insights both for students interested in pursuing family law practice and for those considering how prenups might affect their own lives.
