Post-Midterms Governance Implications in Washington

Please join the NYU Federalist Society for a conversation with Mike Fragoso (@mike_frags), Partner at Torridon Law PLLC and former chief counsel to Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY). Mike has negotiated consequential legislation, managed successful congressional oversight, and prepared individuals for the most contentious Senate hearings, and he will draw on this experience to discuss the governance implications of the midterm election results, covering topics such as congressional investigations, judicial confirmations, filibuster reforms, and impeachment.
