Join NYU LPE for the second LPE 101 event of the year, featuring Profs. Daniel Hulsebosch and Claire Priest, who is visiting from Yale Law School.

Profs. Hulsebosch and Priest will draw on their scholarship on early US political economy to critically reevalute property law and – in the spirit of the LPE 101 series – the ideological assumptions left undisturbed in many Property casebooks and doctrinal courses. Lunch will be provided!
