Joining us on the panel will be Robert McNamara, Senior Attorney for the Institute for Justice, Larry Salzman, Director of Litigation for the Pacific Legal Foundation, and Anastasia Boden, Senior Attorney with the Pacific Legal Foundation, with NYU Law's own Professor Richard Epstein serving as moderator.
