Professor Scott Hemphill hosts Josh Rosenkranz as a guest speaker in his Survey of Intellectual Property class. Josh is head of the Supreme Court & Applleate practice at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. He was the founding president and CEO of the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law. On March 25, Josh won a unanimous 9-0 decision at the Supreme Court in Cox Communications v. Sony Music Entertainment, a landmark case concerning platform liability for indirect copyright infringement.
