International Arbitration Lecture with Professor Franco Ferrari

The International Arbitration Association (IAA) will host an address by Professor Franco Ferrari, who will offer his reflections on the field and discuss his views on how international arbitration should be. Professor Ferrari directs the Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration, and Commercial Law at NYU. He also acts as sole arbitrator, party-appointed arbitrator and chair both in international commercial arbitrations and investment arbitrations.
