The program will explore the fascinating backstories of the Chiarella prosecution and the Supreme Court argument as well as the SEC's and DOJ's insider trading enforcement strategies in the aftermath of the Court's ruling. It will also examine possible legal changes on the horizon, including proposed insider trading legislation that recently passed the U.S. House of Representatives with landslide, bi-partisan support.
