On Tuesday, March 10, from 12 pm - 2 pm, the Hays Program and the NYU Journal of Legislation & Public Policy are co-hosting a book talk with Yale Law School professor Judith Resnik on her new book, Impermissible Punishments: How Prison Became a Problem for Democracy. The event will be held in Lipton Hall. Professor Resnik's talk will be accompanied by brief comments from NYU Law professors Alexis Karteron and Emma Kaufman, and will be followed by audience Q&A.
