How to Ace Your Interview: Big Law Recruiting for 1Ls

You got the interview - now what? Join the NYU Federalist Society for a practical, peer-to-peer conversation about how to put your best foot forward throughout the Big Law interview process.

We’ll cover what to expect from screeners and callbacks, how to prepare for common interview questions, how to talk about your experiences and interests effectively, and how to approach the questions you ask your interviewers. We’ll also discuss some of the less obvious parts of interviewing, from reading the room and building rapport to following up afterward and evaluating firm culture throughout the process.

All NYU Law students are welcome, and we especially encourage 1Ls preparing for Big Law recruiting to join us. Lunch will be provided!
