Join the NYU Federalist Society (FedSoc) for our Fall 2026 welcome event at 5:00 p.m. this Thursday, September 3 in Furman Hall, Room 210! Meet the board and other students, learn more about the organization and our plans for the year, and find out how to get involved.
The Federalist Society is a nationwide network of students, professors, lawyers, and judges interested in both the current state of the legal order and principles underlying American law, including individual liberty, limited government, the separation of powers, and the rule of law. At NYU, FedSoc brings together people with a wide range of perspectives to discuss and debate important legal questions. Throughout the year, we host speaker events, professional development programs, and social events, while connecting students with the broader FedSoc community across the legal profession.
All NYU Law students are welcome, and we especially encourage 1Ls and anyone who is new to or curious about FedSoc to join us. No prior involvement is necessary.
Join us for pizza at the welcome event, followed by a happy hour at Peculier Pub at approximately 6:00 p.m. Come for the welcome event, happy hour, or both!
