Are you interested in clean energy and the energy tranistion, but have no idea how energy intersects with the law? Curious about what types of regulation impact the decisions that States and the Federal Government make regarding energy?

Join ELS for our Energy Law 101 event. We will hear from Elizabeth Stein, the Institute for Policy Integrity's State Policy Director, and Jennifer Danis, the Institute for Policy Integrity's Federal Energy Policy Director. This event will provide an overview of what Energy Law is, and the basic concepts that law students interested in clean energy should know.
