Daughters Screening

Parole Advocacy Project is so excited to be hosting a screening of Daughters, followed by a panel with participants of the documentary, on Tuesday, March 31st. Daughters follows four young girls and their incarcerated dads as they prepare for a dance, part of a unique fatherhood program at a DC jail led by Girls for Change. 

 

Our panelists will include: 

  • Patrice Sulton, Moderator, Executive Director of the Center on Race, Inequality, and the Law
  • Angela Patton, co-director of Daughters and CEO of Girls for a Change 
  • Chad Morris, Community Impact Liaison of Girls for a Change 
  • Leonard Smith, participant in the Daddy-Daughter Dance
