DALSA x CDS x Guggenheim: A Roundtable on Para Athletics with Stanley Mutuma

Stanley Mutuma, a lawyer and Paracyclist, will be in residence at the Guggenheim as part of the Taryn Simon exhibition (https://www.guggenheim.org/event/minds-eye-taryn-simon/2026-09-21). The Disability Allied Law Students Association ("DALSA") is collaborating with NYU's Center for Disability Studies and the Guggenheim to host an event to enable Stanley to share his unique experience as a ParaAthlete and lawyer with the NYU community via a fireside chat with current law students Honor Culpepper and Denis McGrath. The chat will cover topics ranging from Stanley's journey and NYU's brand new Adaptive Sports program to disability rights advocacy and lessons learned along the way. Food will be provided!
