Work isn’t working—for women or for men.

Constricting gender stereotypes are strangling many workplaces, and as Jennifer McCollum, President and CEO of Catalyst, notes in her forthcoming book, Men at Work: The Roadmap to Gender Partnership, disrupting the old way of doing things and how we think about gender is necessary to challenge the status quo.

Join Jennifer McCollum in a book talk with Kenji Yoshino, Chief Justice Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law and faculty director for the Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. McCollum will offer data-backed strategies and solutions to engage men, who have for too long felt left out of conversations about women in the workplace. She will show how leaders can embrace new, more flexible gender norms that truly make workplaces diverse, fair, and inclusive for all.

This event is cosponsored by the Birnbaum Women's Leadership Center.
