Please join the Art Law Society for a panel event about the intersection of Art and Criminal Law. Our panel will discuss a wide array of art crimes, including fraud, theft and looting, and the trafficking of art, and explore how identifying, investigating, and litigating these issues is uniquely difficult in the art world.
We are thrilled to be joined by three experts with distinct practices at the intersection of Art and Criminal law: Rebecca Noonan, Deputy General Counsel at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Georges Lederman, Senior Counsel in the Art & Cultural Property group at Loeb & Loeb LLP, and Noah Solowiejczyk, the former co-chief of SDNY’s Illicit Finance & Money Laundering Unit.
