Students register during the summer for both Fall and Spring classes. To register for classes, all Law School students use a system called ABRA, the Auction Based Registration Algorithm accessed at http://abra.law.nyu.edu/abra. Read carefully through our LL.M. Registration Guide for some advice on course selection and a detailed description of ABRA and how it works. Prior to registration in July, we encourage entering LL.M. and Exchange students to contact the Office of Graduate Affairs for individualized advice on selecting classes.
