The Reiss Center on Law and Security invites you to a virtual lunchtime discussion with Congresswoman Jane Harman, former CEO of the Wilson Center and former ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, in conversation with Andrew Weissmann, Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Reiss Center and former Senior Prosecutor for Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III. They will discuss Harman’s new book, Insanity Defense: Why Our Failure to Confront Hard National Security Problems Makes Us Less Safe, "an insider’s account of decades of American national security—of its failures and omissions—and a roadmap to making significant progress on solving these perennially difficult issues."
