Pamela oversees the career development programming and recruiting process for all NYU Law students and alumni. Her responsibilities include overseeing OCS operations and a team of 16 professionals who partner closely with students, alumni, and employers. Pamela spent 13 years at NYU Stern School of Business, ultimately serving as Assistant Dean of Career Services and Leadership Development. She also held roles at NYU Stern as Assistant Dean of Career Services and Student Activities, Director of the MBA Office of Career Development, and Director of MBA Program Initiatives and Student Services. For the past seven years, Pamela has led a consultancy that provides strategic coaching, team management, staff training, and other services for clients that include students, lawyers, and a number of departments across NYU. She holds a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.  Pamela joined the Office of Career Services in 2022.

Kayla coordinates and executes all events in the JD division. She also oversees onboarding and training for new hires and supervises our student workers. In addition to managing the office budget, she provides administrative assistance to the Assistant Dean for Career Services. Kayla received her BA from Wesleyan University in Music and Education in 2022. She is now pursuing her MA in Learning Technology & Experience Design at NYU Steinhardt.  Kayla joined the Office of Career Services in 2022.

The Administrative Secretary manages all appointment scheduling for the Office of Career Services, the Public Interest Law Center, and the Judicial Clerkship Office, in addition to supporting each team with administrative tasks and event planning. Gabriella received her BA from Wesleyan University in Comparative Politics and Film Studies in 2023. Gabriella joined the Office of Career Services in 2024.

Wendy oversees campus recruiting programs and employer outreach both locally and nationally.  She also provides general and “alternative” career counseling for JD students including JD/MBAs and those focused on Law & Business. Previously, Wendy served as Manager of Recruitment at Deloitte Consulting; Associate Director of Alumni Outreach at the NYU Stern School of Business; and as a Communications Manager at AFS Intercultural Programs.  Wendy is a member of the NALP organization and has served as a presenter on Alternative Careers at NALP conferences.  Wendy received her BS from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University, and her MBA from European University in Barcelona.  Wendy joined the Office of Career Services in 2000.

Cassandre manages all aspects of employer relations including on and off-campus interview programs, recruiting meetings, diversity programs, and networking events. She also counsels JD students and conducts mock interviews. Cassandre previously served as an interim career counselor at Cardozo Law  School.  Cassandre practiced as a litigator at Chadbourne & Parke LLP where she was an active member of the Diversity Initiatives and Recruiting Committees. Cassandre is a member of the National Association for Law Placement’s Diversity & Inclusion Section. She received her BA in Public Policy from Duke University, and her JD from Georgetown University Law Center. Cassandre joined the Office of Career Services in 2013.

Joseph Fiore

Joe assists with employer marketing and recruitment programs; the Nationwide Regional Job Fair; alternative career information and resources; assisting with the alternative career resources; compiling statistics; and updating the website.  Previously, Joe worked for the School of Law at the Review of Law & Social Change, and the Tax Law office.  Joe also worked for City College of New York, and taught English in France for a number of years.  Joe received his BA in English from Columbia University.  Joe joined the Office of Career Services in 1998.

Sara McDonough OCS Office

Sara assists with the on- and off-campus recruitment program, and handles employer invoicing, and all technical and administrative logistics in relation to OCI and EIW.  She received her BA in Communications with a minor in Psychology from Fordham University, where she founded the comedy student organization Stove’s Cabin Crew. Sara joined the Office of Career Services in 2021.

Clara oversees career counseling and programming and serves as the full-time career counselor for LLM and JSD students. She also manages employer relations with employers of LLM candidates worldwide. Clara previously worked for the Japan External Trade Organization, specializing in trade relations between Japan and Latin America. Clara received her MA in International Education from the NYU Steinhardt School of Education, with a focus on higher education administration and international student advising, and her BA, magna cum laude, in East Asian Studies from NYU. She speaks Japanese, and lived and worked in Japan for three years. Clara joined the Office of Career Services in 2003.

Moon Kim, Esq.

Moon oversees the JD programming and counseling.  Prior to joining the OCS, Moon was a litigation associate in the New York office of Dorsey & Whitney, where she oversaw the office’s summer program, and volunteered with the Asian American Bar Association of New York to review resumes and conduct mock interview workshops for law students.  Moon received her BA in English, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Georgetown University and her JD from New York University School of Law, where she served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law.  Moon joined the Office of Career Services in 2005.

Emily Weinig, Esq.

Emily works with JD students (including transfer students) and is responsible for counseling, educational programming, student groups, and diversity programming.  Emily worked for several years as a litigation associate at Sullivan & Worcester and also worked as a legal services attorney representing victims of domestic violence at Merrimack Valley Legal Services.  Emily received her BA in History, summa cum laude, with a minor in French, from Binghamton University and her JD from New York University School of Law, where she enjoyed legal internships with legal services and a New York law firm.  Emily joined the Office of Career Services in 2011.

Angela works with employers and students to expand employment opportunities and to provide them with communications about the Office’s services, programs, and resources. She also oversees the post-graduate fellowship program and maintains the employment statistics for NYU School of Law’s regulatory bodies. Angela received her BA in Communication, summa cum laude, with minors in Music and Consumer Psychology, from the University of Pennsylvania.  Angela joined the Office of Career Services in 2021. 

Jemina Molines OCS Office

Jemina supports the JD Division by inputting job postings and docket entries, coordinating event logistics, and updating student resources and handbooks.  She received her BA in International Studies, with a concentration in Latin America and a BA in Spanish Studies, magna cum laude, from Fordham University, where she was recognized with the Senior Leadership Award. Jemina joined the Office of Career Services in 2022. 

Sejal Sanghvi, Esq.

Sejal advises JD and LLM students on all aspects of the job search and collaborates on developing career educational materials.  She previously worked as a corporate associate at Milbank LLP.  She conducts pro bono work in the areas of animal advocacy and asylum law.  She received her BA in Political Science, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, and her JD from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Efua Feldman

Efua counsels all LLM students. Prior to joining the Office of Career Services, Efua practiced as a capital markets attorney with major law firms in New York (most recently, Milbank LLP), where she nurtured a passion for mentoring and professional development.   Efua is committed to education access, poverty alleviation and reproductive rights, with a particular focus on her home country of Ghana.  Efua received her BA in Political Science, with Honors, from Stanford University, where she was awarded fellowships for HIV/AIDS education and prevention programs and for women’s empowerment initiatives, and her JD from NYU School of Law. Efua joined the Office of Career Services in 2018.

Sara Feldschreiber

Sara advises JD  students on all aspects of the job search and collaborates on developing career educational materials. Sara previously worked as a private equity associate at Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP, and a counsel at a Family Office in New York City. She received her BA and MA in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania, and her JD from Fordham Law School, where she was a Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Law Review.  Sara joined the Office of Career Services in 2021.

Justin Ryan October 2022

Justin provides organizational support for all LLM recruiting, career educational programming, and major interview programs, including the International Student Interview Program (ISIP). Additionally, he maintains student statistical information and is the liaison to legal employers looking to hire LLM students. Justin received his BFA in Theatre from SUNY Buffalo. Prior to joining the Office of Career Services, Justin was a teacher, Program Director and District Manager for multiple preschools and early childhood enrichment centers in the NYC area.  Justin joined the Office of Career Services in 2022.

 

ALUMNI SERVICES

Ellyn Polansky
Associate Director, Alumni Services

Ellyn provides career counseling to alumni, develops career publications for students and alumni in areas both in and outside of law, and oversees the alumni section of the OCS online job database. She has spent the majority of her career at NYU School of Law, and was among the first counselors nationwide to work full-time and exclusively with law school graduates. Ellyn received her BA in Psychology from New York University and her JD from New York Law School, where, as a student, she authored one of the first published papers on sexual harassment at the workplace. Ellyn joined the Office of Career Services in 1982.
