The event will welcome Mr. Gabriel Buschinelli, Director at the Secretary for Economic Reforms, Ministry of Finance of Brazil, to discuss recent legislative reform proposals aimed at enhancing the resilience and competitiveness of Brazil's financial and capital markets. Mr. Gabriel will address the Bill 3/2024, which seeks to revise the role of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, along with addressing issues related to the protection of private bondholders and the oversight of the private credit market in Brazil.
